Fundamentals of Family MediationThis is a five-day course where you will learn the fundamentals of mediation and begin to understand why it is a powerful method for resolution. We will cover both the theory and practice of mediating well. ONLINE Date: April 17, 18, 19, and 25, 26, 2024 from 9:30 - 4:30 with 1 hour break for lunch There will be 1/2 hour of homework each evening. Location: April 17, 18, 19 In Person Toronto April 25, 26, ONLINE Early bird pricing before March 3, 2024: $2,125 plus HST After March 3, 2024: $2,235 plus HST This program has been approved as the 40 hour Fundamentals of Family Mediation course for accreditation with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators. It has also been approved by the Law Society of Ontario for: 7 hours and 30 minutes of Professionalism Content; and 1 hour and 30 minutes of EDI Professionalism Content. |
Advanced Family MediationThis is a three day course designed to solidify the fundamentals and hone your skills as a mediator. You will engage with more complex matters and be provided opportunities to test and build upon your skills through experiential role plays and discussions. Date: November 22, 23, 24, 2023 9:30 - 4:30 with one hour break for lunch There will be some homework in advance of the first session and between sessions.
